"the lens is an F1.8 7.5-90mm"

Well, it LOOKS huge, but in fact, it's still a smaller zoom range than my Bauer 715XL-S, with it's 6-90 Angeniuex lens.
    Now THAT'S a huge lens!

However, you could get similar results, (you Canon 1014XL-S guys) by using the Canon Telephoto Adapter on a 1014XL-S.
    Well, almost....

I'm not sure, I've not used that camera.
If it has a 67mm thread size, it should, but I'm not going to guess, because my Nizo 6080 also has a 67mm thread, and when I put the Canon wide angle adapter on, there was vinyetting from hell!
    Totally unusable!
So I had to pay almost $300 for the Nizo Aspheric III, which I don't think is as good as the Canon C-8 wide angle for the 1014XL-S.
P.S., this is the same one that works for the 814XL-S, you just get a 62-67 step up ring. (This is from the Canon manual, by the way, not a guess!)
